(Q) What is the mail servers? Incoming is
mail.ido.net and outgoing is securemail.ido.net.
(Q) How do I setup the "My Server Requires
Authentication Again? You need to go to the Outgoing
mail server (SMTP) settings. Make sure that you are using your
Dial Up username and password and not your email. Check out our
Email Set Up Pages. If you are using an application that we do
not have listed, please email us at
tech@ido.net, so we can add
that to our site.
(Q) How big is my mailbox? 5mgs. If you need
larger space, please look into a free
www.mail.yahoo.com
account.
(Q) I don't want to use your email, do I have to in order to get
your dial up service? No! you can use any email provider that
you wish.
(Q) Do you block emails or filter spam? Yes, we
do.
(Q) Help, I keep getting "The Recipient is being
rejected by mail.ido.net"! Check out our
outgoing
mail error log to troubleshoot. Generally, it means it is
not a good email address and to check the spelling. |
